I'm getting my new logitech g700 in the mail today, and never thought to ask myself what dpi means in terms of mice
If my understanding is correct, dpi is how many pixels the mouse cursor can move per inch on the screen, meaning if you have a high pixel monitor, you're supposed to set it to a higher dpi.
If this is correct, what would be the correct dpi I should set the mouse to if my laptop is 1366x768? And the mouse can go up to 5600 dpi
I know it probably has more to do with feel, but I'd like to know how it works in a technical sense
